1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using any services provided by Hotspot Manufacturing Sdn Bhd ("Hotspot Printing"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Orders & Quotations

All orders are subject to confirmation by our team.
Quoted prices are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on artwork complexity, material availability, and actual specifications confirmed at review.
Orders are binding upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as agreed.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Artwork & Design Files

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our Artwork Guidelines.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all content, including trademarks, logos, and images.
Hotspot Printing is not liable for printing errors resulting from customer-supplied files that do not meet specifications.
A proof will be shared for approval before production. Once approved, no changes can be made.

4. Lead Times & Delivery

Production commences only after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Lead times quoted are working days and are estimates. Delays due to courier services, public holidays, or force majeure are not our responsibility.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and are the customer's responsibility.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

5. Payment

A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before production begins, with the balance due before delivery or pickup.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, online banking, and e-wallets as advised.
Invoices unpaid within the agreed period may incur a late charge.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production starts. Any deposit paid may be forfeited to cover administrative costs.
Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued.
Reprints or refunds are considered only for production defects that are clearly our fault (e.g., colour calibration errors, wrong specifications). Customer-error artwork issues are excluded.
Claims must be raised within 3 working days of receiving goods, accompanied by photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including graphics, text, and branding — is the property of Hotspot Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hotspot Printing's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
